"I’ve been to this spa several times and I always love my experience there. This time I had the 90 minute facial and from the moment I walked in from the rain, I felt completely relaxed. The space is charming and beautiful and and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. The facial, which included a lot of massage, was excellent and the products they used smelled wonderful and made my skin glow. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

I have a disorders which means that I obsessively pick my skin, and in the past when I have had facials the aestheticians (not at this location; in other cities) have just made me feel bad about it. At Glow, the lady who did my facial was very kind, didn’t make me feel any type of way, and focused on soothing my skin. The actual facial was very relaxing, my skin feels very smooth and not irritated at all. I’ll definitely be back"

"Kelsey is fantastic! Not only is she a competent RMT, she takes the time to learn about your needs and is a practicing yoga instructor so she will show you some gentle movements/stretches/poses you can do on your own to strengthen weaker areas, etc. She has helped me out of a bind (neck to be specific) on more than one occasion. When my kids needed attention (7 & 9yo hockey players with back and leg issues respectively), Kelsey was very patient with them, talked them through what she was doing and why. They both had excellent experiences and felt so much better afterward. Oh - and she has a muscle relief bath soak that is amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!"

"Had a girls afternoon here - the scalp treatment and neck massage / mini facial were wonderful! So relaxing and the atmosphere was perfect to unwind. The shellac pedicure was great - my aesthetician did a nice job and was very attentive (temperature of water, pressure when removing polish, made sure I was happy with the colour selected, etc.). Definitely an upscale experience and well worth the trip to Burlington. We’ll be back for another girls afternoon out!"

"I have been using this service off and on for almost 8 years. The sheer CONVENIENCE of having a therapist come to my own home is the greatest! I have never had any problems booking appointments. Anton is wonderful. All the therapists that have come to my home were also top notch. Are my massages calming and spa like? Umm no. Definitely not with kids and family running around but they are definitely functional. A service like this is essential for the busy parent who lacks child care and is in desperate need of physio, massage or any other treatments. Give your kid a snack and turn on a movie while you get your treatments done!"

"Thank you thank you thank youuu! Took me in last minute as someone else canceled and thank goodness! Kim was great! It was a great experience. She precut my hair which saved my neck from the normal pain I get when I get a cut when my hair gets long! This was the least painful haircut I got. Felt nothing! My hair feels bouncy and light! Much needed relief! Will be back for sure! She kept the style to work with my habits since I really do not do much to my hair. Overall an amazing result and experience!! Thank you again!"
