"This is the place I have been looking for! I love getting eyelash extensions. However, there have been many times when I have been disappointed. The procedure takes too long or the eyelashes fall out too quickly. However, Kaylee did my eyelash extensions and she was perfect. The procedure was not too long and I liked the style she recommended. Most importantly, the eyelashes lasted a long time. I highly recommend her!!"

"Rob was extremely respectful and highly professional. At the beginning of every session, he noted down my pain points and discussed his plan for a session in order to address my needs. During the massage, he consistently checked to see if the pressure was too much/enough and after the session, he provided additional recovery tips and stretches. Also, if you pay for a 60 min massage, you actually get full 60 minutes of massage, which doesn't include disrobing/robing."

"First of all, I would never even consider going anywhere else if I needed any treatment whatsoever to do with my body or my skin. I have trusted Dr. Elmaraghy's honest advice on more than one occasion, placing myself gratefully into his care for a breast reduction, for skin cancer checks, and for having some bothersome moles removed, all with fantastic results! I am still thrilled! I cannot recommend him, and his kind and supportive staff, highly enough!! As an aside and not related to cosmetic procedures, Dr. Elmaraghy is considered a patron saint in our family because he is not only a brilliant cosmetic surgeon, he is a brilliant surgeon, period. Years ago, my Mother contracted an aggressive form of cancer and Dr. Elmaraghy was the doctor who removed from her a cancerous tumor in its entirety. Thanks 100% to him, we were blessed to have our Mother with us for another 18 years!! We still thank him for every minute of those 18 years to this day. He was our miracle worker and we remain forever grateful to him."

"Very bad haircut by the staff. I got the haircut from a staff who comes on weekends (said by sheeba). I just wanted a normal straight haircut. It wasn’t straight first time and I told her to make it straight second time. By the time she cut my hair with middle portion up-to the shoulder and sides are long and I got remaining no hair to make it straight. I don't recommend this staff again."

"I had an appointment scheduled at the County Court location, but due to an unexpected emergency, I had to cancel last minute. Understanding that last-minute cancellations can be inconvenient, I reached out via text to inform the clinic. The response I received was not only unexpected but felt unnecessarily harsh: “Well, that’s unfortunate. You also haven’t completed the intake form. You do not have to book with us in the future, but please if you are booking with other clinics, please do not take a spot that can be used by someone that actually requires the appointment. It’s unfair to the therapist and a potential patient that is in need. All the best with your daughter. I will remove you from our system." I fully acknowledge that cancellations can be frustrating for any clinic, and I would have been more than willing to pay a cancellation fee to compensate for the lost appointment slot. However, I found the tone of their response both surprising and unnecessary. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I’m fairly certain they don’t want me to. I hope this review helps others consider the type of service and communication they may encounter here."
