I felt like I had the entire spa to myself, the service provided by all the staff was great. Brittany, who did my services, was very professional and great at what she does. I really liked the brand of products they used, as it was on the natural side of things. Truly an overall wonderful and relaxing experience, 100% going back soon! The clinic is warm, inviting, and clean. They take their time to listen to what is bothering you and do a great job. "I made an appointment for a color consult. It was cancelled and made another appointment. I waited 30 minutes the asked the desk lady to check what was happening. She said I would have to wait another 15 minutes. A color consult would take maybe 10 minutes. The hair dresser expected me to wait 45 minutes. Is this the way they treat their customers. I would not recommend this Salon."
