"Richard has been treating me over 1 year for my upper back shoulders and neck. Working as Medical Office Administrator in a very busy Pain Clinic, constantly on the phone and computer work can get tightness in these areas. Physio never really helped me. And finding a great deep tissue Massage Therapist for me took many years. I always said “ the type of treatment I need is a chisel and a hammer “ to help with my knots and stiffness. Gloria treated me too at the very beginning and did her best, but my needs were far deeper. So when she told me Richard has deep tissue experience I thought to give him a try. Boy he really goes deep into my shoulder blades and neck. And I would highly recommend his treatments. I try to go once a month for maintenance."

"Terrible Client Service – Travelled for Nothing I had a horrible experience at this spa. I called last week for a massage appointment well and they said i can walk on Monday, but when I arrived today, I was told they couldn’t take me because they were "overbooked." This was after I had traveled quite a distance to get there. Not only was the situation frustrating, but the staff didn't seem at all apologetic or willing to offer any solutions. I called before i leave to make i am able to taken care of. The customer service was downright awful—no effort to accommodate me or reschedule. I ended up wasting my time and money on travel, only to be turned away with no compensation or even a sincere apology. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this spa to anyone. There are plenty of places with better service that actually respect their clients’ time. There 3 stars rate in google should be 1 start worst experience ever."

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR RELAXING EXPERIENCE. The room was not dark at all, it had all the light coming from the window which receptionist never mentioned when I booked the appointment and I was given a towel to put on my eyes which was so thin that it didn’t really work (the room had big window with a blind that didn’t stop light at all). Not only that, the massage room was right beside main door and receptionist area was making it worse as it was all noise instead of being relaxing (people coming in & out, loud conversations and no music at all). The experience with massage didn’t go well either. “Jessielyn” did my massage and didn’t focus on the area that I needed massage for rather she spent time on non-important areas and was pressing on bones and I felt no difference after massage. Also, I asked for oil massage and felt like the oil was close to none and she was more concerned for the time. I mentioned the room problem to the receptionist and behaved like it was no big deal by saying “thanks for letting us know”. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone and if you still decide to go please make sure you get the dark and quiet room bcz otherwise it will ruin your whole experience of massage."

"This massage place is immaculate. The room is big and there is a shower in the room. Very convenient. The girl looked small but gave a very good deep tissue massage. The only problem was, l when I wanted to extend my massage, she was already booked by another customer. The manager apologized to me. Well, not their fault. I should have booked a longer session. Next time definitely will."
