"We were told to arrive at 2:55 PM for a one-hour couple’s massage, but it didn’t start until 3:00 PM. One therapist left at 3:45 PM and the other at 3:55 PM, cutting our session short. When we brought it up, the receptionist insisted it was 4:00 PM, dismissing our concerns. It was only 4:00 pm at the time of payment meaning this included our time to debrief and go to the counter after the massage. On top of that, the massage itself was disappointing—rushed, uneven pressure, and overall not relaxing. In fact they kept talking during the session about how the boss needs them to take the next client in mandarin. We paid for a full hour of quality service and got neither. Unprofessional and not worth it."

"Yanli is an excellent massage therapist! She always finds my muscle knots and effectively works on them. I love the deep tissue massage and hot stone massage. I will definitely miss my appointments with her when I move out of the city!"

"It was my first time going here. The place was clean, linens were crisp, smooth jazz playing, dim lighting. Mina was amazing and addressed each issue that I had. Once the massage was done, she showed me stretching exercises that I can do when feeling tense. Already have my next appointment booked. I highly recommend giving them a try."
