"I absolutely love About Face! From the first minute I walked in the door I was impressed. The place is clean and spacious and I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. Karen, Cindy, and Angela are extremely professional and very knowledgable. I have had several of the services that they offer and love every single one of them! I am also obsessed with the products that they offer especially the TIZO Sunscreen and the Photoceutical Daily Moisturizer. There is never any pressure to buy products or services. I give About Face a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend!"

"The gift card program is not what you think it is. I bought 2 massages that gave me 2 facials but because of an administrative errors I ended up getting 1 message and 3 facials. This is not working for me as my primary goal was to have massages. I have been trying to resolve this issues for weeks. The staff keep saying they need to talk to their manager but don’t follow up with me. I have been chasing them since last December and still no resolution. I’m now stuck with 3 facials that I need to use before the end of April. I’m very disappointed with their client service to say the least!"
