"This medical spa is nothing short of amazing. It’s beyond beautiful — from the welcoming smiles from front desk, to the smell, fresh flowers, and service rooms. They even have a flower wall worthy of social media photos. I’ve had a couple services done here from facials, lash extensions, Vichy shower treatment and fillers. Prior to them opening, I always went to Toronto to get my treatment done. Now, I’ll only go to LVXBeauty as it literally has everything I need. I absolutely love that Stacey and Natoya are licensed nurses, which makes it confronting when I’m getting any service done. They’re also very professional, punctual with appointments and never try to over-sell me on things I don’t need. I would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 experience every time."

"Mikayla was so patient with me as I navigated my first ever wax (while pregnant and with super sensitive skin). She was respectful of my needs like needed a break and answering all my questions I had! I will admit that it was hard for me to stay still but she did not make me feel guilty and she was super nice! The receptionist was awesome to answer all my questions and help me pick out some products for post wax! She helped me rebook for next time and she also was very nice!"

"Called a couple hours to my appointment to reschedule due to horrible weather outside. A complete blizzard. Roads were atrocious and I live on the complete opposite side of Barrie. When I asked to reschedule due to the weather the lady at the front said she wanted to charge me and when I said weather is out of my hands, her exacts words were “well you had all day to call us to reschedule. We have had other people calling about last minute appointments”. It’s not like I ever reschedule. I come religiously once to twice a month to see Miles and this one time when something is out of my control you want to charge me? Are you kidding. It’s weather for god sakes. Disgusting behaviour."
