Tiffany has professional hands and released my shoulder, lower back and leg pains over sessions. I have been to many other therapy places in the past and most of them only kept talking and replied on equipment or assistants which did not working for solution. I spent lot of time on research and finally found Mudan Health and got my pain healed in her hands. Cindy is also good, patient and concentrated. She greets you with a friendly smile and listens to what areas of your body need work. She is great at loosening up all your problem spots. "Had a fabulous experience at Stillwater Spa as soon as I walked in! The staff were kind and able to fit me into a last-minute appointment. My massage therapist, Liz, was a Godsend! It was by far my favourite massage in a very long time. Additionally, the hot tub was a great highlight to start my evening and relax. The lounge was a quaint place to rest and have a couple of snacks. I also appreciated the locker system and found it very user-friendly."

I’ve been to several spas in Calgary but nowhere is as top notch as Stillwater - I always leave here feeling relaxed and pampered. You can also use their hot tub and steam room prior to your treatment, as well as enjoy some tasty refreshments. Their spa cuisine (prepared by Thomsons) is also prepared very well. She did an excellent job...she placed needles on my right hip and at first, i was not too keen on it or a little bit skeptical but i was amazed because the following day...the discomfort was gone.
