Her meticulous approach ensures that clients receive a comprehensive and thorough massage, leaving no room for any lingering tension or baggage. Unfortunately, the availability of skilled RMTs is limited, and there are instances when their genuine honesty is palpable during the massage. While I appreciate her expertise, I am hesitant to engage in this practice as it may jeopardize my ability to secure a future appointment."

I've been looking for a top quality Spa in Chilliwack, there are a lot of nail and massage boutiques which are not Spa's. Aqua Soul Med Spa is a real Spa venue. The services are top notch, I just had a full package of services massage, facial, Medi and pedi. Got served a delicious tea and lunch with a glass of wine, enjoyed the steam room, the bath robe was soft and cozy, it's impeccably clean. I was very impressed and enjoyed the full experience, you have to try it!! Amazing."

"I have been going to Margo’s for a couple of years now and I couldn’t be happier that I found her. She is a perfectionist and detail oriented. I get my eyebrows waxed from her and I can’t think of going anywhere else anymore. She is also a very sweet person. Loves doing what she does and it shows. Her place is an oasis with full out decorated backyard with a cabin house. Love going to Margo’s every time. Couldn’t recommend her enough!"

"Initial reception was smooth and easy. Dean did a great job introducing the space and getting oriented. Then it’s just a blur. The layout is bizarre, you’re constantly in and out of hallways. You have to cross the gym to get to the pool. There are some chairs and cabanas but they’re all taken. No organization whatsoever on this. The pool is separate from the “relaxation lounge” which was just a single room with a few chairs. Everybody comes out together and then is placed right beside each other. It’s awkward and the last persons mess was still there. The snacks were not great. Tiny bite of two small things. Nothing to do or enjoy in that room. There’s also no connection from the change room to the amenities. I asked for a loan bathing suit because I didn’t bring one. The health desk said sure and gave me a pair of Lulu shorts (with the price tag still on, had to cut it off myself. weird but ok. ) Got an amazing massage by Bo. Thorough and attentive, great experience. When I went to check out and pay they wanted to charge me full price for those shorts. I told the reception that the health centre staff didn’t mention anything about a charge. This is not cool. I’m not paying for something I didn’t even need. Dana saved the day, seemingly the only desk staff actually representing Shangri La properly. Overall - not world class , not enjoyable. Everything was disjointed and confusing. Was not relaxing at all. Felt tense and uncomfortable. I didn’t want to stay a second longer than I had to. Felt like it’s run by high schoolers. Compared to the other luxury spas in the city this one doesn’t even come close. Would not go back and do not recommend."

"The spa area was clean and calming, fruit and herbal teas and flavored water, sparkling wine and salt water pool, hot tub and steam room were great. Regina gave me a really great massage, she listened and was very receptive to my problem areas. The only downfall was the hotel was testing their fire system and it was hard to relax when the fire alarm and security messages were playing."

My massage therapist was Nikky, and she knew exactly where all the trigger points were for my shoulder pain. After the massage, I had acupuncture with therapist Judy. Since it was my first time, I was a little nervous, but before starting, she did a diagnosis and helped me feel relaxed. ☺️ Both therapists did an excellent job, and I will definitely come back! Highly recommended! 100 stars! ????"

We had Javier class on Saturday at noon and it was AMAZING. The staff organized everything a month or so before and everything was perfect since we arrived, the last great touch were the most delicious smoothies ever after class!! 1000 % recommended ????"

"I took advantage of their grand opening special: book a 90 minute massage and got a free microneedling facial. I had the massage with Lala even though I selected Young as my RMT when I made the appointment. My friend is a client at their other location and she recommended Young. However Lala was absolutely amazing! Probably the best massage I've had in Calgary since moving here a few years ago. I'm a tough client because I like my massages with very firm acupressure and she nailed it. I felt very relaxed and refreshed after the massage so I will definitely book with her again. The free facial was immediately after with Kimberly in the same room so I liked that I didn't have to change and move into another space. It was a decent facial with some cleansing, water peel and facial massage before the microneedling. The procedure was painless and zero down time. Although it wasn't the best facial I've had, it was free so I couldn't complain. I don't know if I'll come back to do the facial if I had to pay for it but the massage is definitely worth it. Bonus is they directly bill your insurance! "I've been to a few different float studios before, and Modern Gravity is by far the best. Everything was extremely clean and organized. There were touch screen pads with headphones as you enter that let you watch a brief video on how to float. The do's and don'ts. Love how the float tanks almost seemed to be a room to themselves. Also, I loved the area with the Dyson hairblade, almost burnt my beard off. Can't believe how fast it dried. Can't forget about the after float tea area, nice added touch, and great selection. "This is a great place if you want a full experience of relaxation and pampering! The staff at the front desk are warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The facility is super clean. They have a beautiful caldarium and a lounge, where you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet. They provide coffee, tea, water and snacks. The change room has steam showers which are luxurious. You are encouraged to come as early as you want and stay as long as you want after your treatment to enjoy the amenities. I booked a 60 min massage. Paige was my RMT, and I would definitely recommend her! She is well versed in her practice and helped treat several trigger points and tight muscles in my back and legs. I really enjoyed my time at Bliss Spa and will go back. It is a great value for what you pay. Their yoga studio is also awesome!"
