"Went to the one off the Kingsway. First appointment was for a relaxing head massage. Went with a friend who had a very different experience in did. The girl she had was calm and gentle, mine was rough and was busy commenting on my facial flaws. Seriously? Being a nice person, I gave it a 2nd chance and booked a massage...I paid for 60 minutes from the time I walk into the room to the time I left and sure enough, I was in for 40 minutes. Sent them an email to explain my disappointment and got 0 response. Will not recommend them to anyone and will not go there again."
