"Their service is up on Groupon. When I call them, they say an appointment is available for Sunday! The moment I say Groupon, they say "NO" ... and ask me to come in on a weekday (there is no such restriction on their Groupon ad). I have been through such "double standards" experience before where even the service quality for Groupon customers was way different (poor I mean). If they really want to treat Groupon customers this way, they should not even offer their service on Groupon in the first place! This reflects their total service standards."
