"From start to finish I felt so welcome and taken care of. They let me and my friend know about our packages and what we would be experiencing then after getting changed led us onto our tables. I got the everything package and literally loved every massage, gadget and product they used on my head and body. They used light and hard pressure depending on what they were doing and it felt so good! I would highly recommend Head in the Clouds to anyone who needs some “me” time. My hair and face feel so soft and clean! I’m going back for sure."

"I absolutely loved my spa afternoon spent here last Friday. I tried the IR sauna for the first time and salt cave. I loved that I was able to connect my iPhone to the Bluetooth speakers in the sauna and chose my own music or podcast to listen to well I was in the sauna. I had originally booked a package for 2 but my friend wasn’t able to make it at the last minute so they were super accommodating and allowed me to still come and reschedule the other appointment for a later date. I will definitely be going back again and highly recommend this place for a self care day! Your skin and body will thank you."

"I could post a whole portfolio of amazing nail art I’ve had done here. I see Mia religiously and she always amazes me with how talented she is. It’s not the cheapest nail salon in London, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. They also have a rewards program (13th nail set is free) and the atmosphere is clean and nice."

"I’ve never had any treatments done on my eyelashes before, but I was always curious to try lifting/tinting. Had this treatment done on my lashes today. I’m not sure if it was done correctly. The lashes on my right eye are lifted/tinted as I have seen in photos, but the lashes on my left eye look to be only half lifted/tinted. For this reason, I’m rating this service a 3/5."

I first met her for an "emergency" lash extension removal (long story short- never let a friend use your lashes for lash extension practice). Sadé is incredibly thorough and a perfectionist. "I have been going to Lindsay consistently for a while now, and I would absolutely go no where else! She is very knowledgeable, charges extremely fair prices, produces fantastic results, and most importantly- she has such a warm and welcoming presence. Getting sugared can be an intimidating process sometimes, and thankfully this process was 100% more manageable due to her customer service! Her studio is clean, fun, and so accepting! I had a question about sugaring my upper lip, and instead of trying to upsell a service to me, she confidently told me that she didn’t think I needed it, since my hair is so thin and fair. Although I know she would have done it regardless, it is refreshing to meet someone who isn’t constantly trying to rip money from their clients. Lindsay will be my go-to for all waxing and beauty needs, and I would highly recommend her!"
