"I really enjoyed my experience at Nordic Spa and Willow Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim. I did minus 1 star is because I wish there are more steam rooms at spa. We could use 90min at the Nordic Spa which was upper floor and then we had another 90min to use at the spa on the 5th floor for a total of 3 hours. The Nordic Spa has an outdoor pool and dry sauna, with cold dips. I thought 3 hours are enough to stay but needed more!!! But I will come back."

"I just had this massage and it was the worst experience of my life. If I could give it zero stars I would. The lady who did my legs was throwing my legs around like a dog and the pressure was horrible: she wore loose gloves that would irritate my skin and had no rhythm or way of massaging she would press random spots on my leg and then move to my foot and it was all so so horrible. All she would do is put Vaseline on my leg…. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She also sneezed during my service and didn’t wash her hands… it was gross and so unprofessional. The other employees massaging my friend and partner looked because it was unprofessional. She treated me with zero respect and regard to providing a service. My friend enjoyed her massage so maybe it’s just the old lady who did mine. This was the worst place ever and I do not recommend. I talked to the front desk about it and she didn’t say anything except that she hopes I have a goodnight and she will call me if the manager says they can fix it for me since I’m not local. I’m willing to update my review if they make up for it and rectify that huge mistake. After that massage i was more stressed than when I walked in"

"Their website says $68 for a 60 minute Thai massage. I went in and the lady asked me if I wanted "full service" and that an hour Thai massage costs $200. Shady!"
