"My lovely Botox lady retired and I found True Balance on a whim. The receptionists are great and it is unbelievable how quickly they got me an appointment. The office is absolutely gorgeous and I am shocked by hoy many services they offer. I saw Kate and she was incredibly professional and non judgemental, she wanted to know what I wanted instead of pushing me towards something based on looking at me (some techs are so bad for this). Additionally she suggested some SPF moisturizer that I’m totally into. All in all the entire experience was painless and I truly can’t wait to go back for subsequent treatments and to get some other things done!"
