"I had an amazing first time experience at this place! I've had massages in many spas, and I really like Hand & Stone, Avenue Rd. Upon arrival, Hoei at the reception was very polite, welcoming and professional. The whole place is very clean and organized, and there is a nice sense of peace and good vibes. Helena gave me a relaxation massage with an extra food massage I requested. She is fantastic! The massage was incredible, she made sure I was comfortable from time to time, and made my experience really good. I not only recommend, but I will also return! Thank you Helena and Hand & Stone, avenue Rd.!"

"Not professional at All . very bad customer service. Answer to reply .. Its nothing to do with busy or rush . You people are Rip off thats not at all Spa . ATM inside to steel people money and money is okey but never provide services which promised.. ???????? beware people they are scammers ????????"
