She is a great (physio) therapist and takes her time to explain everything in detail for a good comprehension of what she does and what will be done at home. "I made an appointment for microneedling 3 weeks before my appointment. About 2 weeks before, I reached out on Facebook messenger about the information I would need for prior to the procedure and post the procedure. They told me that one week before my appointment I would receive this information. I hadn't received this information when they had told me therefore I reached out via email, messenger and phone. I never received any message or phone call back. The evening before my appointment at around 9pm , they told me they sent out the information out to the wrong email address but I was already asleep. When I messaged back in the morning , they had told me I had to stop retinol a week before and I had used it that week. So I had to cancel my appointment because of the inconvenience of this company. I was disappointed because at the end of the day, the client is not supposed to do your job and make sure you reach out to them with the information. It is your job to make sure everything is sent to the person so they don't have any reactions during and after the procedure. If I can't even trust them with reaching out to me considering the amount of time I reached out to them, I definitely cannot trust them with my skin."
