"Amazing first experience! I went there (37 weeks pregnant and super uncomfortable) for a third trimester full body massage, as well as a pedicure. Staff was very helpful and professional, and made me feel welcomed. It might seem a bit costly but you get your money worth for sure! If you want to be truly pampered, this is so worth it! I had Nicole (RMT), who gave me the best massage I've ever had. She used perfect pressure, worked all the spots I needed and made me feel comfortable- even despite my huge pregnant belly. And Bethany (nail technician) did a fantastic job on my disgusting, and ticklish feet haha. And was very nice to chat with. I definitely recommend both for your services! ???? I will be back!"

"A wonderful gem in St. Albert. I have been going to Off The Hook for about 7 or 8 years. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. I've had massages by both Amanda and Kara. "Had my first massage from them a week before and it was good . I booked an appointment the following Tuesday around by calling them . The lady at the counter whose name is Anita assured me that I can book an appointment by calling them .so I called . Nobody pick up my call at first however I tried again . She told me she will book an appointment for the comming Saturday and later I got an appointment for the Saturday at 1:45 pm . It was little late but I was ok . However around 1:00 pm on Saturday got an email cancelling my appointment . I called 3 times . Got weird email about that I already had an appointment with them I emailed to them again asking them what is going on ? Nobody responded . After 2 days somebody called me and asking me about why I called . I told them my reason . He also told me that he will get back to me after inquiring people around but he didn’t respond back . I have to call myself to hear them made up story . They were trying to put on me that I didn’t confirm . I must say they don’t know what they are doing . Very weird and disrespectful way of treating client . It’s not that I was getting a free treatment . I paid whatever they asked for still got discriminated . I will not recommend this place to anybody ."

The front desk staff are also incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Great location, welcoming environment and lots of parking outside. "Staff is very nice and friendly. Great options for tanning. I love that you can start the tanning beds when you are ready. I've been at other places that only give you a few minutes to get undressed, put on lotion, tie your hair up. 10/10 I recommend. They also have deals occasionally"

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place , I got the spa pedi package $50 they have multiple spa package options for feet and manicures , you get to pick your own options of scrubs for exfoliating I got green tea , there’s lemon , chocolate , green tea and few others I forgot lol , then they massage into skin , few minutes ( they take there time which was fantastic ) then they took the exfoliation off , then lotioned me up ( mask , then wrapped in hot towels, then oil massage with the hot stone ) ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE !! I’m mind blown I highly recommend this spa , I’ve been to several in Barrie and this experience over all 10/10. I’m going to have a few friends have a spa day there with me , the care and passion they have for their customers is so genuine ! I am so happy I came across this place !"

"Susan was amazing. She assessed my skin, and gave me a lot of suggestions. My skin felt amazing after the treatment, it’s been 1.5 weeks and I’m still getting compliments. She was gentle, and hands down does one of the best massages. I actually fell asleep during my facial. The spa was very clean and relaxing.
