"This place re uses the water bottles they give to customers! Can you imagine their cleaning/disinfecting practices! So the lady brought me a water bottle which was not sealed when I tried to open it and I could tell that the outside label was worn so I said “I don’t think this is new” the lady said “no problem I’ll get you another” and when she brought the new one it was the same thing, there was no seal and the label was losing some of its colour. Ew!!!!!! Do they even wash the water bottles?? Disgusting, and water bottles are so cheap anyways and they can’t even buy new ones for customers. Huge health and safety risk. Check it out next time you go (maybe no one realizes because the room is dark) needless to say I did not drink any water from there. If they don’t care about customers drinking used water bottles, I wonder if they care about sanitizing their basins/products. I will never go here again."

However, I didn't feel that the reception or customer service from the front desk was very welcoming, and as a brand new client I would have appreciated a more informative welcome."

"Have been following Rachel for years all across the city. Now she has found her place in Burlington and the quality is still top notch. I usually get long gel nails done with her +/- nail designs (that are impeccable and extremely detailed each time). The fills are usually done on my natural nails and I have no problem with them lasting the entire month until the next fill. Decided to cut my nails short this time for exercise purposes. But what’s cool ( even though they are just normal standard gel nails) is that I actually snapped the nail of the middle finger in half (lengthwise down the middle) so there was a big crack along the middle of my actual nail bed (I waited too long in between fills-5.5 weeks). So if she cut it it would have been extremely painful. So what Rachel did was she applied acrylic powder to fix the nail at the base. And then put gel across all of them afterwards. I also snapped my index finger nail right along the nail bed so when she cut it it was a weird and uneven shape. She also used acrylic to lengthen the nail so she could reshape it to match all my other nails. She didn’t need to apply fake nail tips! She also recommended mixing two different nail polishes to achieve the natural look I was trying to describe which I never would have been able to ask for myself. She also always meticulously makes sure all of the nails are shaped perfectly. I’ll attach some other photos of her work as well but it’s always top tier and despite having to drive an hour to get to her now, it’s still worth it!!"

"Lee did my nails, including repairing a badly damaged nail. The work was excellent. Meticulous. She listened and did exactly what I asked. I always find this salon comfortable as even when it’s busy it doesn’t feel chaotic. They have recently expanded their colour collection and the options cover all the bases"

"Today I toke my son for a haircut and the girl toke one hour and a half to cut his hair and she didn't do it right like I wished so I don't know why they hired a person who does not know how to cut kids hair and I payed for it but I don't like how it looks and I said three times to fix my son's hair and there was four people And they just look at and say she did it very well they were also very rude. Never Ever Take Your Kids Here and also I am a long term costumer and they never did this till know."
