"Not happy with my experience today. This is unfortunate because I usually like to praise excellent service and I have done so with other establishments. This specific therapist is normally good. She did a good job on many other occasions. Today, however, was a catastrophe. I told her the way she was doing the Thai walking on my legs think was painful and please be careful, but just moments later she put all of her weight on my other leg and I absolutely screamed in pain, and I am a big guy with high pain tolerance. I did not even want Thai massage to begin with today. Then, when I asked her to stop and just do the hot stone massage I was requesting, she absolutely burned me with the stones, so that I still have a mark on my skin, and I had to stop everything, pick up my things and leave."

"Had such an amazing time at Pemberly Spa! All the staff were so attentive and kind from the moment I stepped into the spa. This was truly relaxing experience, and the interior is beautiful and speaks for itself! Truly feels like you have been transported to a luxurious oasis. I experienced the Miso Facial, and it was so rejuvenating and helped to hydrate my face, so much! I loved the added amenities of the sauna and steam room which added to the whole spa experience. "I went there to do microblading or strokes, I was pressured to do shading (something I never heard of) paid a ton of money (plus tip) and have not so good results. Colour not as I wanted and barely showing. Tried a facial there before and they applied a bunch of creams on my face and they called this a “facial” Pls save your money and don’t go there"

"The massage therapist was very skilled, and after the session, the numbness in my hand was noticeably reduced. The only downside was that my face was resting on a headrest with holes, and when I woke up, there were deep marks on my face—it looked quite bad. I’ve never had this issue with other massages before. That headrest was just too hard."
