"Booked a last minute massage on Friday night and had one of the best body massage I’ve ever had and by Lisa! Her technique and pressure was on point. I usually prefer harder pressure and she was able to hit all the right spots with the right amount of pressure. (Unlike some places they use a lot of pressure on the wrong spots, sometimes even on bones) I worked out the day before and after the massage I felt so much more relaxed. Will definitely come back and look for Lisa again :)"

"The rooms are lovely and the decor is attractive. Professional, kind, happy staff. I'm giving it a 3 because my 75 minute facial was done with disposal rubber gloves on. It made an audible squish, squish squish sound, and felt strange because there wasn't human contact. My skin is blemish free so there was no danger to the technician. Had the 75 minutes involved hand to face connection, I'd have given it a 5. It was an expensive gift and didn't feel worth the money ????"

"Worst ever experienced!!! my masseur I don’t think so he knows how to do massage I have back pain and I want to relax what he did he just pressing it for 30mins with his elbows. And I ask is that a massage ? and he said yes!!! Seriously???!!! And I avail the service whole body He didn’t even touch my head and foot.I was expecting they are good in services. Also their Staff was too noisy you can’t even relax they keep talking and talking not concern about their guest. Definitely not coming back and do my businesses elsewhere. Not worth of your penny here."

"I highly recommend Continuum. My regular therapy sessions with Nicholas have increased my quality of life. I am recovering from an injury and my sports medicine doctor encouraged me to start message therapy treatments along with the physio that I am doing. It has been a long recovery.
