"I have unfortunately had 2 separate negative experiences in the past 5 months with this salon. One for a hair cut and the other on this date with a pedicure. I would firstly like to state that the service from the actual stylist and aesthetician was fantastic. On both occasions, upon paying for my bill, they attempted to charge me for extra services I did not ask for, nor was I asked. When it happened the first time, I asked for a return of the extra charges and was told this was not possible and that I would receive credit instead. While using this credit on this date, I went to pay for the remainder of my pedicure and was told I had to pay more as I got a special pedicure. I informed the lady that this was inappropriate and unethical to which she responded that it was only $10 more. I ended up paying for what I had originally asked for and booked but these two events are upsetting and an abuse towards the customer."

"Never ever come here. I called before I came and asked if they had time for a manicure and they said yes. I came in and I was rushed to pick a colour. Then I sit down and the lady is rushing to get through my nails, all of my nail shapes are different sizes and shapes (I asked for almond) and majority of them are missing paint on the sides. Then she puts my hands in cold water so taking my cuticles off hurt so much more. After they were done I put my hands in the drying and it was filthy full of some creamy gunk and when I asked her to wipe it she said it was the oil from my fingers? On top of that as soon as a I sat down she barely said a word to me. All of the employees just talked to each other and there was no music and it was really uncomfortable. I grew out my nails for this and they are butchered. I will never go back."

We scheduled her appointment at first thing in the morning the following day at Alexis’ recommendation to do earlier in the day as it is calmest in the mall. We arrived a bit early and Alexis gave us the earring selection to browse through even though the store wasn’t open yet. She was patient, kind, and precise and explained the entire procedure. The piercings were very quick, and my daughter cried for exactly 3 seconds and then was back to being happy and smiling. Very pleased with the experience and my daughter looks super cute! Highly recommend!"
