"I am deeply frustrated by my recent experience with this company. In August, I registered my son as a new child client and paid $130 for the services, which were completed on August 30. The payment was made on August 6 when booking the appointment. However, on September 9, I noticed that my credit card had been charged twice- once for 130 and again for 135. When I contacted customer service. I was informed that the additional charges were due to m son being registered under my name,which caused the system to incorrectly show two outstanding payments. To make matter worse, there was no apology from them, I was told it was my fault and that it would takes 5-7days to process a refund. This situation is not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about the them handling of customer information and billing practices. It is unacceptable to charge customer incorrectly and ten provide poor services in addressing the issue. This experience has left me very disappointed with the way this business operates."

"Gemei is very good in doing the barefoot back walking massage. She knows all the right spots to press and very gentle with the force. "Had the pleasure to try out hand and stone for the first time for my moms birthday. After reading some reviews, I booked a session with Serapina and Brenda for my moms birthday. I was a bit nervous since her and I have tried out many massage places but these massage therapist have exceeded my expectations big time! They were so kind and absolutely amazing. I have never had a massage that good in my life. We added the foot massage and 100% worth every penny. The receptionists were also so sweet and made it an amazing experience. This will for sure be our go to place from now on!"
