"I had my eyebrows micro bladed by Melanie last October (2023). Initially I was so happy as I had no eyebrows. Fast forward to May 2024 and my eyebrows have faded so much that I have to fill them in which what I was so tired of doing for many years. I contact Melanie who initially said the micro blading would last anywhere from one to two years. I was very disappointed when the response I got from Melanie. She said I could come back for a touch up for $225. After having spent $700 including tip I felt that it was a rather costly procedure that only lasted less than six months. Melanie’s response was also not very accommodating as as said she had no control as to how my skin would take the pigment."

"I used to really enjoy the whole experience of this place. I'd go at least every month. Then the co^I'd thing happened. Those two years really messed businesses up. I understand the pricing issue. And understand them going up...but they need to be more transparent about pricing. The last time I went I was shocked at the price. I brought my daughter in law with me.... wow. I didn't even get the full service that I used to get. The experience wasn't the same. I didn't leave happy like I used to. ..and I've been afraid to go back. Maybe things are different now..and things are back to normal. ..but yah, long winded..they need to be more transparent with pricing"
