Michelle, you are talented! I was booked initially to a different salon, but it got canceled that day 15 minutes before my appointment -- yes very unprofessional. So, i looked for a nearby salon and Michelle was friendly and welcoming. I must admit I was quite embarrassed to come in and ask to accommodate a last-minute appointment for full highlights. I was impressed by Michelle's professionalism and attention to detail for the duration of my appointment. She ensured that I was comfortable at all times. Evidently, she cares about clients’ satisfaction and well-being. I am looking forward to my next visit! I won't hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family or to anyone."

A lady named kate washed my hair with much attentiveness (keeping the water out of my ears, getting the back of my neck hair clean and removing any xtra color that was left on my skin). "My friend and I went and did the thermotherapy spa. We were welcomed at the door, and given a little run down about the hot/ cold cycle! We felt super comfortable the entire time, and extremely relaxed. The staff were very polite and friendly. Very clean and welcoming space. We tried the black cherry old fashioned and the mint mojito, VERY tasty!! I loved how Glow Kingston supports other local businesses, like The Keep Refillery. We will be back very soon, 10/10 experience!!"
