Sarah has been great at assessing my complex concerns and pinpointing problem areas. "Such an amazing salon. Everyone was so kind and it was just so welcoming and relaxing, and they have the sweetest greeter (their golden retriever ????). I didn’t catch her name, but I believe she’s the owners wife that I got booked in with. She was absolutely amazing!! She was so nice and easy to chat with, and she did my favourite set of nails I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for some cool nail art, definitely book with her because she did a great job! Kent was also very nice and mentioned that if I needed anything fixed I could come back in within ten days (guaranteed) which is nice to know, although I won’t be needing that because she did a phenomenal job! This was my first time booking in with them, and I will definitely be returning, and I’m excited to use their other services that they offer."

"Overall I am quite happy with the service I received at UNI. I enjoyed the atmosphere (a very strong smell when you first walk in to the space but you get used to it - and I’m not sure why I wasn’t expecting it at a nail salon) and the nail techs were kind. My pedicure was done well - not the best I’ve received but it looks nice and I’m happy with it. I also appreciated the owner/manager (?) walking around throughout the space and checking the nails/taking care of his customers. I also found it very classy that the tip I gave went directly to the nail tech that I worked with… it showed a level of transparency which I think is great and reassuring!"
