"I have been seeing Colin Kirby (Physio) for a few years now initially for throwing my back out and then again a couple years later for a weird chronic pain issue that left me with limited mobility and strength on my whole right side of my body. At one point I could barely carry even basic things like a small box or a shopping bag. He introduced me to dry needling and walked me through the treatment with a lot of patience and explanation as a first time patient who was initially very afraid of needles. I initially saw him every 2 weeks and at each session, he would take his time to re-explain to me what he was doing until I became confident with the treatment. Now I see him about once a month for maintenance. My pain issue has improved greatly with his help and I am now able to carry things again and do dance classes. He is a kind and down to earth person. He is competent and responsive to my complaints of what is ailing me and takes more time with me when I need it. I drive all the way from South East Vancouver to see him and he is worth the drive. I highly recommend him! He is truly the best!"

"I have seen Anastasiia multiple time for my nails I absolutely love and recommend her she is amazing at nails, I see Emily for my pedicures she is awesome so friendly I enjoyed my Cappuccino free of charge with my pedicure . Melinda is one of the best massage therapist I have had in a very long time. She is very professional and my experience was very relaxing. This wellness center is absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff are very welcoming this is my go to place. If you are looking for a new place for nails, pedicures massages etc this is the place to go for an elite experience!"

"Excellent rmt massage . Wellness lounge great. Hydro circuit was nice but I don’t think it was worth the price . It should be included with rmt. You get 2 hours but it’s small so 45 mins to 1 hour is enough when it’s not busy and can go between features easily.. First day we were there one of the two sensory showers was out of service and they were servicing hot tub jets. They did allow us to return complimentary the next day . The hot tub was running , one of the showers still out of service and this time there was no eucalyptus and weak steam in steam room . Hotel is lovely, comfy bed, nicely situated and well equipped rooms."
