Ashley was very informative and provided me with a lot of great information on the benefits of acupuncture, acupressure, health after birth, and postpartum. This was my first time having both acupuncture and cupping done, and it was a great experience. I have always been hesitant about acupuncture, as I do not enjoy needles, however it was not painful and I enjoyed both the acupuncture in cupping. She obviously takes diligent notes about each session because she remembers what we’ve worked on previously and knows what I’m looking for. I was especially impressed the first time I met her when I mentioned that I have a medical condition that she hadn’t heard of before, and the next time I came back she had done research into techniques to treat it with massage!
