"Great alternative to Spa Nordik in Chelsea area especially on a weekday at 6 pm attractive lower prices for you to enjoy 6-10pm visit as a couple or with friends to relax and rejuvenate. Sauna essential oils rituals 7:30 and 8:30pm , very cold 11 degrees Celsius pool dip right after. Dinner at the restaurant has nice menu, we enjoyed salmon, chicken , house salad and truffle fries. Delicious. Great value for money $ for an evening visit. We edited the older review because Koena expanded and added fantastic new features , I had to add new content and pictures! Even better than they were a year ago, we come here every month or two , you have to try it! Don’t forget to have lunch or dinner and massage to add up to your relaxation day!"

"I went in and was greeted by a lovely lady. She led me to the back, where I then worked on her exit.... I replaced her battery and tested her lights. It was all good."

"I was recently at The refinery for a long haircut by the very lovely Steven. I have had some very horrible and racially microagressive experience at my last salon so I was very scared walking in. But the front desk as well as Steven were super sweet and kind. My hair dresses listened to what I am looking for and then briefed me on the course of action. I was asked for whether I am ok with how it's coming along or not. I loved my hair cut!!! They had maintained a very clean facility with proper distancing and measures. Can't wait to be back for a spa treatment!"

It’s a must try as it truly hydrates your skin and you leave feeling refreshed! The staff are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have!
