Very thorough and the lady was very gentle in walking me through exactly what was being applied onto my skin and what step she was doing at any given moment. Highly recommend trying the signature as a first treatment if youre new to the spa!"

"Awesome experience!! I got a gift certificate for Christmas for two 1 hour massages and i went once so far. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a friendly smile and welcomed. The atmosphere inside is cozy and calming and very quiet. My masseuse Victoria was amazing! Very professional and worked all the knots outta my muscles. When i left i felt like a million bucks!! 10 out of 10!"

"My daughter and I went to go get her hair done here. They had info pictures of what we both wanted. My hair turned out nothing like I wanted it wasn’t blonde and nothing like the pictures. We paid and we left and when I got home, I really noticed the difference and my daughter’s hair. They reached out to me and the owner Was very, not accepting of the fact that this happened. There was a few emails that went back-and-forth. But nothing came out of it. Very disappointed in the service and the treatment. Pic are of what I got versus what I asked for Since I can’t reply to the response. Nothing was said about a 2 step process or anything about my hair. The discount was given to my daughter because I said something before we left about it not being what she wanted. I have all the emails. The last ones were you saying I was wrong and to provide pics again which I did and heard nothing back"
