"I received a threat note from the tenant (Rowan day spa) who occupies the unit upstairs in a business building. She stated I parked in private parking which is the parking lot of the building itself. She has kept an illegal record of my vehicle and license plate without my consent and she has threatened to tow my vehicle. As somebody who works in criminal law without the permission and authorization from the police or myself, she is threatening to commit "car theft" of my vehicle. For those who need to be educated on this a private company that tows your car without police authorization has stolen your car no matter what signs they put up. I will make sure the other businesses in the building keeps all records of your harassment to their clientele and a illegal record of your behaviours."

"I had my very first massage today with Tracy and the entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. She is a few minutes off the exit which is great. There are 6 to 7 empty visitor parking directly in front of her house. Walking into her front entrance is very warm and welcoming just like the inside of her house. Once you walk into the basement, you realize that she has set her business up very professionally and passionately as well. The massage was exceptionally well and I loved the extra touches she did that a regular massage anywhere else does not do. She knew my neck was hurting a lot even after the hour was up and I really appreciated the extra minutes she spent to relieve the tension for me. "Highly recommended! Walking out the door of Xiang Xiang Health Center, I feel so much better than when I went in. I opted for the combo of 30 min. Reflexology/30 min. Shiatsu, which was a great general treatment for tired legs and sore back. (Though I have to say, the treatment I got was not like the reflexology and shiatsu treatments I have had at other massage studios. Still, it was very well done and effective.) The studio is clean, quiet, and features relaxing music to help ease the tension. The staff are very friendly and helpful, explaining the services and how things work. The male therapist who massaged me used strong but gentle pressure to melt the knots that had formed in my muscles. He was very responsive to feedback, easing up on super-sore spots, and coming back to them once they had recovered. By the end, I was completely relaxed and didn't want to leave."

"I've been a member at Cedar and Steam almost since they opened, and while I enjoy it any time of year, it's especially important for me during winter. They focus on accessible sauna and steam - you bring your own flip flops, water bottle, lock, and get a robe only if you are having a massage. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the massage therapists that I've had services from have been mostly great. If you are looking for a luxury spa experience with lounge areas and extra touches, you may want to look somewhere else. If you are looking for sauna, steam and massage, this is a great option."

"After an unexpected visit to Calgary, I was very excited to try A Japanese Head Spa for the first time (we don't have any providers where I live), and I ended up doing a ton of research and review scouring before choosing a place. Admittedly, I was ultimately swayed by the promotion, but I was absolutely happy with my choice! Spa Oona is a clean, beautiful space (be sure to check out the Japanese toilet in the washroom!) with friendly employees. My appointment began promptly, with a quick scalp analysis that my technician, Eva, used to develop a treatment plan. There were many steps—toners, exfoliation, masks, etc.—and Eva explained the purpose of each as we went. Everything felt very thorough—no part of my scalp was missed, and I was thoroughly massaged! I had been a bit unsure of what "self-dry" meant, but I was pleasantly surprised by this as well! Eva led me to a separate room where they had hair products and and blow dryers. After a shoulder massage, Eva offered a menu of drinks, and returned quickly with my coffee and snacks. It was actually quite enjoyable to have the time to do my hair as I wanted. Overall, I would highly recommend Spa Oona. Having only learned about head spas online, it fully met my expectations for the service!"

"This is by far the worst service I have ever dealt with. I came here for a gel polish change for myself and daughter. It took 2.5 hours. The person who did our nails did not know what she was doing. She did not know how to use the electric filer and she left it in one place too long and hurt me. She used the same files/tools on both of us. She was highly inexperienced. As for the job that was done I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. I told the person I was unhappy when I left and called the next morning. When the manager called me back she didn’t offer anything to remedy the situation. Total lack of professionalism, skill and cleanliness. She tried to charge me $75 dollars for this."

"First time for a massage at Body Treatment Room (Central Location) with Caifeng (Rain). Exceptional service and highly recommended. Appointment was a 90 minute Thai oil/Ashiatsu massage. Her massage relieved tension in my back and neck which I had mentioned at the beginning of the session. Felt very relaxed at the end of the massage. Room was very clean and quiet. "If you are looking for the most amazing pedicure, this is the place. Most will choose a regular pedicure or some might choose the spa pedicure. HOWEVER, pay the extra and get the Deluxe Pedicure! The spa pedicure @ $70 is great, but the Deluxe Pedicure @$100 is the most amazing, therapeutic, relaxing, and beneficial pedicure you will ever receive. It is WORTH EVERY BIT THE PRICE. I have been to the so called "Fancy Places, like Evelyn Charles, Spasation, etc but I can tell you, nothing comes close to the Deluxe at Lustry. I decided to spoil myself and try it. Since then, it is the only one I will get. I even have my husband hooked now. He was amazed! Don't go for the old Pontiac sunfire when you could have the Mercedes. Trust me, it's worth it. Thank you ladies for the fantastic service and the most amazing pedicures I have ever had! Oh yes, and the massage that comes with the Deluxe, out of this world, so, so, good! ❤️"

"Very wonderful experience here. Super clean, professional and welcoming. A very nice environment with great staff who seem to know what they are doing. Classic 1hr pedicure experience so good price. Only thing I would say is when you just use a wooden foot file, it doesn’t really smooth the feet down much. An electric exfoliator or a callus shaver would have been nice but I was still very satisfied with the service. They’ve also got a little drink menu with coffee, tea and water which was just what I needed. Would definitely recommend."
