"Van and his family are incredible at upholding the most exquisite customer attention and service. There is NO toxic smells, and they use essential oils through out the spa in diffusers. The cleanliness is impeccable and their attention to detail is refreshing. I had the BEST pedicure I have ever had, sat in the best massage chair ever, and Van spoke to me about things that were intuitive, mindful and I left feeling like I had a good visit with a friend. "I Signed up for 3 training programs with Kay. My First Nation community runs programs to better the lives of their members and they paid her IN FULL $4000 to train me on Teeth whitening, vacuum therapy and laser lipo/ body contouring. She took over 3 months before she sent ANY equipment. During this painful process, she sent me a dirty used laser machine and claimed it was the manufacturer. When I finally received the right machine it had passed over 3 months. There was no training schedule provided so I never knew what to expect or how to prepare fully. Kay was paid in October and to this day my training is still incomplete. I’ve taken many training programs related to the beauty industry in fact I’ve lost count. This was the worst experience I’ve had in my 22 years in the beauty industry. Lesson learned. I actually learned more from you tube"

"I want to start off by saying everyone there is really nice, professional attitudes, etc. However I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore, it’s my third time coming and all 3 times I’ve given a photo, a description, instructions, and then they just nod and say “got it” and then start free-styling. I say “I’m not taking much off the beard, I want it full, just want it even” and then he starts fading my beard and 2 inches are gone… we discuss how much to take off the top, agreed to half an inch or so, and then he lops off 2 inches. Just very unsatisfied this time around, when you’re paying $50 for a service and tip, you expect them to listen to what you want. I don’t like writing bad reviews but cmon, you should never walk out of a barbershop wishing you had the haircut you came in with."

"Fabulous! I went for an hour's massage. It was a full hour and so good value for money. My massage therapist was excellent. She listened to what I needed and responded to how my body felt. She is extremely well trained. Overall a very friendly, welcoming service. I thoroughly recommend it."

"Absolutely amazing salon. I went for a hair cut today and amazing service. I don't know any salon that gives you a massage before they wash your hair. I actually got a neck massage as soon as I sat in the chair. All the stress I had was removed by time I walked out. Amazing. Highly recommend going to this place."

"We arrived and were greeted by the wonderful Reeann. She made us feel very welcome. At the end of the haircut, Reeann offered us to take the cut hair home. This was very considerate of her to offer to us. We were given the cut hair to dispose in our own way. I truly appreciate that.
