"The lady was friendly so that was great! I did not get a receipt so you might not be able to claim from medical insurance. Their site only offers one option of massage and I was not given other options to choose from like hot stone massage etc. The technique that was used included using the forearm a lot and didn't really appreciate it. I prefer mostly hands. I definitely felt better afterwards and I liked the head massage and the stretches to the arms, feet and legs, but I think the experience could have been better."

"I booked a 60-minute hot stone massage based on the information on their website, expecting a proper hot stone treatment. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that the actual hot stone portion lasted less than five minutes—the rest felt like a regular massage. If hot stones are only meant to be used briefly, then why advertise a full hour under “Hot Stone Massage”? There was no real difference between this and a regular massage, aside from a few minutes of hot stones. I wasn’t expecting the full hour to be hot stone, but certainly more than just a few minutes. The misleading advertisement creates false expectations, and it’s frustrating to pay extra for something that wasn’t delivered as described. This isn’t about the cost—it’s about honest advertising and customer experience. If they had been upfront about how limited the hot stone portion would be, I wouldn’t have booked it. Would not recommend unless they clarify their services properly."
