"My wife and I just had a couples oil massage here and it was so good! I had Natalie and she had Linh. It was probably the best massage I've ever had and my wife loved hers too. We both couldn't stop marvelling about how relaxed we felt on the way home. We also really enjoyed the tea they gave us after, it was nice sipping it on the way home and kind of prolonging the experience after we left. Really really great place and the scents they used were lovely. We don't get couples massages often but I know for sure the next time we do it will be here!"

Regular treatment and guidance for exercise have been beneficial, and when the symptoms are severe, he uses dry needling, which has been very effective. "I first came here to see Samina for eyebrow threading as I had been doing it myself since Covid! Samina gave me my beautiful brows back ????. I soon started to wax my upper lip and chin area. She suggested I try laser for longer results. I was very skeptical as don’t like to touch my face to be honest. I trusted her. She explained the process and how many treatments. Very little to no down time. I decided to try and just one treatment I have had amazing results. There is very little hair on my face. Truly amazing ! "Was in for the first time a month ago or so. The person doing my eyebrows had suggested about getting laser on my lip. She told me how much and how many sessions, but kindly declined although I really wanted it, it was to much. She then offed a lower price but I still said no. At this time she offered a price that I was comfortable with and I said yes and I would come back in 4-6 weeks. I did that today and she flatly refused that she had offered this. So I said thanks for holding up your offer and walked out. So I guess if you go there get it in writing. Won’t be going back"

Considering the hefty price of almost $250 for only a facial, I didn’t not experience the manual strokes and some acupressure that other places offer for a lesser price. It was pleasant but not great!"

But it’s really a hit and miss experience. I don’t think anyone should be walking out in total disappointment after paying this amount of money!! then the massage therapist wants a tip!! It’s a joke! We are not there to buy the business! If your not happy with the service complain but they don’t care about the service they are providing It really is a hit and miss and I don’t think anyone should put that money out. Same parking lot. School for massage 40 dollar amazing every time. A follow up to their response Even with your response really 12 years or 30 year. How you treat a loyal customer say it all in your response with your ridiculous 10% discount won’t even cover your employees tip. You say a lot towards your workers. Maybe this is why your workers don’t stay with your company. and only allowing me one therapist is nothing but unprofessional service. This place is over charging for the whimsical service. Extremely inconsistent. Disappointed in this place and their service. All 6 of my family and friends agree it’s over priced for the service. Look around so many great places and cheaper. Follow up after their reply. Keep shopping !! I still say over priced under serviced. Unpredictable place with prices that are outrageous."

"I visited this salon because my usual nail place was busy and I needed a pedicure before my trip. When I arrived, a technician asked if I spoke Russian or Ukrainian. When I said no, she appeared confused and didn’t offer me any slippers. Fortunately, I had my socks on because the floor in the room I was taken to was dirty from a previous customer. They also lacked a proper pedicure chair. Due to the language barrier, the technician cut my toenails too short, causing pain. While she wore gloves, she didn’t change them after handling items for her electric nail file. The pedicure lasted only 25-30 minutes and didn’t include a soothing soak or relaxing massage, despite the $70 price. Although I left a 15% tip, no one asked if I was satisfied with the service. So if you're looking for a CLEAN, RELAXING, environment with passionate, detailed work,I recommend avoiding this place. After I left a one-star review on Google for this place, you attempted to bribe me to delete my honest feedback. When that didn't succeed, you then offered me a facial. That's truly shameful."

"My husband bought me a groupon for the 60 minute foot reflexology. I called 5 days before to book my appointment. When I got there, they thought my appointment was later so I had to wait 20 minutes. The treatment to me felt like torture and I was counting the minutes till it was over. If you like a really hard massage on your feet, then get this treatment. I had to ask the girl to go lighter and it still hurt. They charged me another $5 on top of the groupon (for the tax), which is more than 13%! The place is a little grungy too. I won't be going back."
