"Baffled at some of the negative reviews. The space is well thought out, very clean and the staff fantastic. The sauna gets plenty hot and I’ve gone at peak hours and had to wait 5 minutes maximum for a seat.the value for money is quite reasonable, especially if you buy a pack. If I had any feedback it would be to figure out some ventilation in the rest room as it can get a bit smelly/ripe in there."

"Took Took was absolutely wonderful. The whole experience is 10/10. The spa is clean, warm and very comfortable. Took Took was kind and welcoming and without any fuss got down to working on my body in the most relieving way. I felt that my body had been opened up and I was immediately much free-er and lighter after her treatment. For anyone with aches or tightness or just looking to treat their body I would highly recommend a visit. I will be back!!"

"I haven't been since 2021. I suffered from severe PTSD, and severe chronic pain to the point where I live on high amounts of painkillers every day just to be able to move about. I am a front line addiction worker as well. Today I went for my 2nd ever float, after losing 2 family members in 2 weeks and not sleeping the night before! It was amazing. Sensory deprivation took everything away, I had zero pain in my body, my brain completely blanked and my body was more relaxed then it's been in such a long time. I choose no sound or lights for 3/4 of the time and there is absolutely nothing like it! I have vowed to make this a monthly self care routine as I feel so at peace there. Staff was delightful, it is super clean and relaxing and everytub goes through a rigorous cleaning and sanitization after each use I truly recommend this to anyone and everyone!"
