"This is the second time I have gone to Soma in the past 12 months. One of the things I enjoy most and why I will keep coming back to Soma. Is their attention to details. Very few places when going for a massage had the towels placed under your shoulders when lying on your stomach. On my second experience I got the help of Diana who was professional and skilled. She was able to adjust the pressure without me having to say anything. Having the touch is something that only comes with experience. You can find free parking on the residential streets around the corner. The location is clean, and smells nice. If your looking for a great massage with a team of professionals that pay attention to detail Soma is the place to go!????"

"Shannon did my daughter’s makeup for her graduation photos. Her home studio is professional and welcoming. My daughter was nervous at first, but Shannon was able to connect with her easily. The makeup was exactly what my daughter envisioned (maybe a bit better) and her confidence was boosted. Shannon even offered a small “touch up” kit which was a nice touch. Highly recommend and we will be back again for prom makeup!"

"I recently stayed at Harrison Hot Springs Resort, and while there were some positives, the experience overall was disappointing. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable—no complaints there. However, we were supposed to check in at 4 PM but didn’t get our room until nearly 5 PM. There was no apology or acknowledgment from the front desk; it was treated as if it were completely normal. To make things worse, the robes were missing from the room, and we had to wait another 30 minutes to receive them after calling. The pools, which are the main attraction, were not well maintained during our stay. I was shocked to see a tampon floating in the water on the first night, and even more disappointed when it was still there the next day—along with other trash like biscuit wrappers on the poolside ground. It was honestly very off-putting. On a positive note, most of the staff around the resort were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. For the price and reputation of this resort, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and professionalism. A simple “sorry” for the delay or more attention to the pool area would have made a big difference."

It’s amazing that you get to spend time at the pool and hot tub and saunas with your massage, make a relaxing day of it. You get some tea and snacks as well. Everything is beautiful! "Unfortunately, had a pretty bad experience at this location. I had Jill as my facialist (?) (not sure the exact name for this position) and booked the Pure Oxygen Facial. I have dry skin (especially during the winter) as well as some pretty active rosacea so I know that facials focused on oxygen with a focus on moisture work well for me. Jill and I discussed my concerns at length before my service and we got started. Jill was fairly quiet during the service but often asked me if the temperature of things were ok (e.g. the warm towels, a cooling aloe mask). At one point in the service my skin felt extremely hot, I wasn't sure if it was my skin reacting to something (it was) or the temperature of an oil/mask. I started to panic internally but thought if my skin was having a bad reaction, Jill would've mentioned something so I tried my best to relax. At the end of the service I knew something was off. My skin still felt very hot even after she said she was finished. I ran to the bathroom and my skin was bright red all over as if it were burnt from the sun (not around my eyes though). I expressed my concern to Jill and she sprayed something on my skin (not sure what it was) and started about her recommendations for my skincare routine at home. I left feeling pretty upset as I've never had this result after a facial before. After about 1.5 hours the redness went down but my skin is extremely irritated today, 24 hours later. :( Won't be returning."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Mobility House! I came in with severe pain in both palms, worried it might be carpal tunnel syndrome. After a thorough consultation, X-rays, therapy, and exercises prescribed by Dr. Justine Hudecki, we discovered it was only a minor secondary carpal issue — not nearly as serious as I feared. Best of all, after just six sessions, my pain went from a 10/10 to 0/10! The treatment plan was very organized: I started with two visits per week, then one visit per week, and finally a follow-up after two weeks. Thanks to Dr. Justine’s professional and honest care, I avoided surgery and didn’t even need an MRI — which also saved me a lot of money. The clinic itself is fantastic — clean, welcoming, and conveniently located right across from The Well. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Holly at the front desk — she was always so welcoming, organized, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Justine is truly amazing; you can tell she genuinely cares and doesn’t push unnecessary treatments. I’ll continue coming to work on my posture, and I might even write an update later! Highly recommend Mobility House to anyone looking for real results and great care!"

"Charles is great. He is my go-to because of his attentiveness, time allocation and range of techniques. I particularly like that depending on your goal, he allocate the time well for relevant areas. Every session, He always briefly examines your overall body and take just right enough time to warm up/ relax the muscles. When some areas are tight, he does right number of reps to achieve the overall goal instead of overcompensating the entire session. He performs variety of techniques to target the small area differently while having a full control of the right amount of pressure. I can’t recommend him enough!"

"I received a spa package from my husband for Christmas and was able to use it today. I solo parent close to 85% of the time and don't get a lot if any "me" time so when I say this was needed it was very needed. The spa opened up early so I could fit in all the treatments (steam shower, full body wrap/treatment, facial and spa manicure - oh yah and I got lunch too!) The whole experience was absolutely incredible and I felt very spoiled all day long. "This place is not what you think. Booked an hour massage, they have a shower in the room which was nice to rinse off before you start. They use a skimpy towel to cover you which got removed half way through, thought this was weird but the massage was good. When i turned over she was topless and wanted big tip to do happy ending, Whoa... Got up dressed and left, no tip."

I especially want to highlight the Charcot shower — it's rare to find in Edmonton, and they do it exceptionally well. "I am very disappointment with this kind of so called professionalism My daughter was getting treatment for foot warts and every time from our scheduled appointment time we were waiting over 40 minutes to get a 5 minute treatment. One doctor on the whole clinic and every time the excuse was different. Today March 25th we were scheduled at 9:20am and it’s like 9:55 am and still no one in the room to check. Reply to your answer : appreciate you adjusted the timing for me but the point here is how rude your clinic manager lady told us that we find another clinic with less wait times. Even the 12 year noticed the rudeness by the so called clinic manager. I must say that staff of front desk were doing the best to understand my point."
