"Came here for my first ever facial. It was superb!! The staff are professional, qualified, incredibly helpful, and very friendly - I was a bit nervous about my first ever visit to a spa as I had no idea what to expect, but they were so nice and I immediately felt welcome and relaxed. The set-up is highly professional and most relaxing, soft light and calming music. The facial was very thorough, lots of hot towels and applications of expensive-looking, top-quality products. Now my face feels silky soft and it's taken ten years off me! This place is very highly recommended, definitely coming back to try some of their other treatments!"

"Because I work in high-end spas, my boyfriend and I went in with low expectations granted how affordable everything was. However we were totally blown away, such great massages and the price was right! We got a 60 minute deep-tissue and they got into all the right spots, pressure was perfect, and our expectations were exceeded. Highly recommend, if I lived locally I'd be going there all the time!"

"When I mentioned to a friend of mine that I was looking to purchase a hot tub, he recommended Gabe from Kanata Hot Tubs. From start to finish Gabe was professional and courteous, no question was a dumb question. I visited the store a couple times before deciding on what hot tub to purchase and he never pressured us or made any negative comments on what his competitors sold. Gabe always returned our call, responded to emails promptly and has followed up to see how everything is going with the hot tub. We ended up purchasing a Beachcomber 590 Hybrid 4 from Gabe. "I unfortunately have to give these guys a bad review, which isn't something I've ever done before. I have been here twice. My first experience was decent, so I did not hesitate to book another appointment. I recently saw Jen Works and was privy to a 90 minute torture session. She asked me if it was too much, and on three occasions I expressed that yes, it was. I get massages regularly and there are always portions that are more sensitive than others, but this was the first time where I was in so much pain I wanted to vomit. She knew I hadn't enjoyed my service because she didn't ease into the end of my massage - the time lapsed and she stopped what she was doing and stomped out, closing the door very loudly. It was so odd. I sent them an email expressing my disappointment and worry because due to the excessive pressure, I needed to take Tylenol for 4 days afterwards. Management did not have the decency to respond to my email, but a little over 2 weeks later, I received a generalized email asking us to leave them a Google review, so here I am. Definitely don't recommend as they clearly don't care about their clients."

"I had my first massage with Kyle today and it was amazing. I struggle with chronic neck pain and tension and I feel like a new person after my massage. I could tell that Kyle was an experienced and knowledgeable RT when he was immediately able to locate the area in my neck where I was holding all of my tension and was able to finally release the tension!
