I haven’t been here for the past 3 years because of covid, I already knew this place had great massages and nice atmosphere, but I was blown away when I came back. The new renovations of the lounge area are absolutely fantastic, they added more saunas and even re did the whole flooring."

"I had a really disappointing experience at the Hammam Spa on Bayview and unfortunately would not return or recommend this location. We were about 10 minutes late due to mistakenly going to the King Street location first, but I called ahead to explain and was told it wasn’t an issue—they said they’d simply move our steam session to after our treatment. However, from the moment we arrived, the staff were cold, snobby, and completely unwelcoming. There was no hospitality, no effort to make us feel comfortable—just judgment and attitude. The treatment itself felt rushed and impersonal, and there was no explanation of what was included or what to expect. I genuinely regret not booking at the King Street location instead, as I imagine the experience would have been far more professional and pleasant. The vibe at Bayview—from both staff and clientele—was cold and uninviting. For a spa that positions itself as high-end, the service was far from it. Definitely not worth the price or the hype."

"Been coming to this spa for a couple of years now and it is always so relaxing. I most recently had a facial with Sandra and I can honestly say that it was the best facial I have ever had!!! She listened to my skin concerns, catered the facial accordingly and explained all the products she would be using during the facial in detail. "I take my skin care quite seriously. I decided I needed some blackheads removed, but I know at home options don’t always get everything. Because of this, I decided I wanted to get a facial - - high quality one. I’ve had low quality ones where my face has looked super read afterwards. This was not my experience here. My first impression of the clinic was that it was very nice. Isha, the lady that did my facial was super knowledgeable, considerate and nice. She complimented my current skin condition, while ensuring that the results of the facial would be great! She did a great job. I am pretty happy with the results. There was no pain, or redness. I plan to go back here again! I will also try some of their other services!"
