"Overall very disappointed with my laser hair service. I have had 12 sessions on three different areas and have experienced little to no change in my hair growth. To make matters worse... I payed for a three areas but the owner would not laser the entire area and would still charge me for the service. Every session I have had to tell her that she missed my entire knee or the half of my leg. She rarely addressed my problems and often make comments that were hurtful about my body. I addressed my concerns multiple times and finally gave up and completed my sessions and will never return. The owner will gladly take your money and fail to provide the service that was agreed upon. I regret buying all the sessions after our initial consultation."

"I had extensions installed at City Looks recently, and the results were terrible. I'm attaching photos, along with the email I sent to the owner. I never received a reply—very disappointing. If you look through other negative reviews, you’ll see that poor customer service is a pattern here. They simply ignore problems. I don’t feel they care about their clients and would strongly recommend going elsewhere. I ended up visiting a second salon, and the stylist was shocked by the condition of the extensions. Here’s the email I sent: Dear: Farzana Esmail, I recently had tape-in extensions installed at your salon by Johanna on March 12th. Unfortunately, I have some serious concerns about the quality of the extensions. I went to another salon for a second opinion on the 17th and was advised that they should not look the way they did after less than a week. The main issues were that the attachment points were left white, which was very noticeable against my dark brown hair. I had no idea of this as Johanna did not tell me. I found out from my husband when he noticed it while we were out to dinner that evening; I was mortified. The other issue is that the extensions were extremely dry and stiff. I was told they would soften after a wash yet they did not. They would not move naturally and did not look like natural hair at all (please see photos attached). Despite proper care they always looked messy. I have since had them removed and new extensions installed elsewhere. The difference is enormous. They are soft and silky and look like real hair. Given that I paid over $1000, I believe a significant refund would be appropriate. I would appreciate it being processed back to my original payment method. "I've been to Blush a number of times, first for a basic manicure. My nail tech was so friendly and did exactly what I was looking for. I then went to get my eyebrows shaped and waxed for my wedding. I had Adriana and she was incredible! So attentive and detail oriented. I then went back to her for upkeep and was influenced to try a lash tint and lift for my honeymoon. So glad I did it! Amazing experience! She gave me after care instructions and made sure to check on me after my appointment to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Highly highly recommend!"
