"My boyfriend and I booked to have facials and massages done this past weekend. We arrived 15 minutes early and got a phone call saying that the ladies that were to do our facials were running late. We waited for 5-10 minutes after our appointment time when they finally showed up. When we got inside we were rushed to do paper work and they couldn’t even provide us with 2 pens so we had to share a pen which took longer. Finally, the one lady just said to sign and date without finishing our forms. They rushed through our facials which didn’t make the experience enjoyable. Then the RMT’s showed up for our massages and the one RMT didn’t even concentrate on the areas that my boyfriend suffers from which is his back, neck, and shoulders. He left feeling more stiff than he was before we came for our appointment. Then when we went to direct bill all of the sudden the “system was down” and then she “forgot her password” to log in, so we ended up having to pay up front and submit later. Then the receipt she gave us wasn’t even sufficient enough to take to our insurance, so I had to call back and get proper receipts. The whole experience was unorganized, unprofessional, and unsatisfying. We will not be booking there again."

"Absolutely horrible. My husband and I had a couples massage and I feel way more sore than I did going in and am bruised on my arm with the amount of pressure they used. I’m usually pretty good with pain tolerance, but this was something else. When we asked for them to ease up, they didn’t. I felt bad too because it was my husband’s first massage and he had an absolutely awful experience. Neither of us were able to wind down and relax the entire time and definitely won’t be coming back. Do Not Recommend."
