"Had my first formula fig experience the other day because I had a coupon for the light therapy boost. It was super easy to make an appointment online and I arrived a little early to the storefront. It’s a very dark but aesthetic space and very quiet. I got the self serve light therapy boost, where I entered into a small curtained room and laid under a light machine for 30 minutes after applying some products. Once it’s over, I took off the goggles and applied some moisturizer and spf. Overall it was quite a nice and relaxing experience."

"I had a 1.5hr facial treatment with kim and i was so relaxed i fell asleep! the ambiance was very soothing and although i fell asleep, i woke up to a new face! all my blackheads were removed and my skin felt as smooth and soft as a newborn's baby's butt. highly recommended!"

"Everything was amazing. Went to Vida for a my first ever facial and it was quite possibly the best thing ever. I originally had booked the teen facial but after looking more at my skin my esthetician decide to do a more intense brightening facial instead. The treatment room and facial bed were so cozy and I was relaxed the whole time. My esthetician, Nicole was so nice and performed such a relaxing facial well giving me some great tips for my teen skin. Going into the facial I was nervous about extractions but they were virtually painless and Nicole is a total pro. The whole experience was awesome and I left feeling so relaxed with my skin glowing. The one thing I wish I was told was what brand of products were used because everything felt and smelled so good. Thank you for a great first facial!"

"They send an email following your appointment which says they give a discount for google reviews, so be mindful of that when reading other reviews here. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience I initially booked for a classic set but was given a hybrid set instead, which was bulkier than I wanted and cost more. From the start, the lashes caused stinging and burning, leading to an allergic reaction that required a doctor visit and medication. As the lashes began falling out, I noticed multiple extensions were glued to single natural lashes, weighing them down and causing even more damage. I then had to pay extra to have the bad lashes removed, but the technician still left some behind, which I only noticed today. During the removal appointment, she even admitted that some lashes had been glued directly to my skin, which could have caused further irritation and damage. In total, I spent $220 on a painful, damaging experience, and now I have even fewer natural lashes than when I started. I let them know about my experience and they just told me I was happy when I left the first time (yes because the issues hadn’t started…) and said I should’ve told them sooner. I told them as soon as I realized there was an issue. They offered a lash lift as an apology but seeing as their supplies gave me an issue the first time I won’t be going back."

Whether it’s been general treatments to manage overall stiffness, or managing injuries like tennis elbow, back spasms or sciatic pain, it has been so helpful to have Brandi’s expertise on my side. She keeps current with new therapies / techniques, is highly professional but also really empathetic to her clients’ aches, pains and injuries."

I had a facial with Mojgan and she was able to recommend what my skin needed most especially this summer season. My massage with JD was excellent, he was able to explain what was wrong with my back and how it came to be that way. Also their lounge was exquisite! Was able to enjoy an apple before my appointment.
