"I have been dealing with some skin changes lately and have not felt very confident since I started getting break outs in my mid 20s that I have never had before. I was booked in for an hour facial, and ended up doing a chemical peel with Sofia (no you do not peel like a snake) and have been coming back to do LED treatments with Mya to help lighten my scarring/hyperpigmentation. Sofia is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable, no matter where you are in your skin journey. Mya is just as sweet and has a very warming demeanor. Dealing with acne can take a mental and emotional toll on you, so it is nice to have a safe space and welcoming team to help with regular treatments."

"Rainbowy Nails was lovely! The staff were courteous and friendly, and the atmosphere was calm. The place was clean and well organized. Kim did an amazing job on my mani/pedi! I did regular polish on toes and was pleasantly surprised that she used hot stones as well, which made me feel so pampered! I had shellac on my finger nails and the colour choices were abundant. The whole experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend this business for getting your nails done!"

"It really sucks when you find a new nail place and you go there three or four times and you like it and then one day you show up and the pedicure is great and then you sit down with that same person and he does two nails and then tells you one of the ladies will be taking over and then after some back and forth talk between a few of them they decide to move me to a different station for a different guy to finish my nails. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had to date. And I'm pretty laid back. I've had nails that I haven't been happy with but I don't sweat it because in 2 weeks I'll be back so not a huge deal. But one of the first things I said is I don't like a very thick gel layer. I prefer one layer but I know sometimes they have to do two thin ones. This time it was four thick coats to the point that my nails are all misshapen now. He pried off gel from the tip of three nails so those nails now have the worst shape ever. And are much shorter. I have some long nails and some short nails all on one hand. I think the worst part is while they were discussing what to do with me and who was going to do it out of three different people nobody told me what was going on or why it was going on and I even asked the guy doing my nails if he was in training because he had two people looking over his shoulder and he said no but clearly based on the work that was just done he's new. And the guy that did my pedicure who I was happy with never did another person so I don't know why he had to pass me off to someone else because he clearly was not busy with anyone else for the rest of my time there. Number one communicate with their customers and number two listen to their request. The pedicure was great. The nails are aweful this time."

"Claira has seen me for a variety in issues but most notable was my knee where the doc said surgery was the only solution.. I saw Chiro RMT and physio and Claira is the one that helped the most! I went from daily pain to intermittent delaying surgery! Couldn’t recommend her enough!"
