I booked a facial and ended up getting one customized for my skin needs, which I would highly reccomend doing if you have numerous concerns like me. Very calming music and very thorough facial as well. So soothing and I felt so refreshed afterwards! Also received a complimentary hand massage while my treatment went to work ???? the whole experience was very affordable and so worth it! They also sell Eminence products, which are the best in the market. Dawa is an absolute sweetheart, so kind, welcoming, and very educated on these matters and is happy to educate you, I'm looking forward on returning ????"

"There is an outstanding masseuse by the name of Jessie at this place. She serves me well and is very attentive to my every need. Her massages are deep, hard, strong, and with high pressure, as is my preference, and she does my lower back well. Her massages are at the shop rate of $70.00 per hour, as is the rate for all the others there. In addition, I tip her another $20.00, regularly. Jessie is great. I recommend her to everybody."

"It was amazing!! I recommend Mia especially if you want French tips!! I went with my mom to get gel and acrylic French tips and it was amazing!! They were so kind but our appointment was at 3:00 and I didn’t get to start till 3:13 but that’s ok cause it was Saturday and they were kinda busy. The picture is of my nails. Mia was so kind and fast and if you didn’t like something she would change it. They also ask you if you want water or Coca-Cola or Pepsi! My favourite time I’ve gotten my nails done."

"I live in Richmond and had been to many different salon places. This is the only one I chose come back and drive every week to have my facial done! Joyce is amazing and her staffs are friendly and Fairlady is different the most hygienic salon I have been to. They post their health inspection sheet on their door, disposable products are used every time and most importantly, they really use what is offered in the treatment, unlike some places, you don't even know what they are putting on your face. You get what you pay for. It's worth every dollar here. I highly recommend it."
