"When this place first opened it was good, clean and everyone I saw there was professional. It WAS a 5 star rated place to me. As time went on they have changed and not for the better. I would rate a zero star now (since 2024). Very unprofessional, the services have changed , place is dirty, owner and female workers are loud, they continuously talk while massage is happening, smells weird and it now has a very shady vibe. I stopped going here a while ago when I noticed this shift in the place. If you as a customer do not have a problem with having a dirty, unprofessional, shady place that sneaks in happy ending services (even though it was not asked for) and you shove the person away from you then maybe this is the spot for you. If you actually want to get a massage professionally done this is not a reputable place or somewhere to recommend to anyone. Absolutely disgusted with the way they run this place now!"

"This place has been the only place I've been able to get consistently good relaxing service for me and my family. So much so that I don't bother rebooking with the same RMT each time because I know all of them are amazing. They treat everyone with respect and care. To the people complaining about the 15% gratuity, this is not something they surprise you with at the end, they tell you about this while booking. They also offer the option to adjust up OR DOWN after your service. If you have an issue with the price simply do not come :). Makes no sense complaining about it after the fact. After years of coming here, I can guarantee that the price is worth it and you will feel relaxed and that your massage needs are met. [Edit: I do believe it is wrong to tip on top of tax and not before it. please fix this]"

"The best massage I ever had! My muscles were so tight from the half marathons last month and 40 miles bike last week, the massager is so good and relaxed all the muscles for me. It’s painful but effective, I feel so relaxed now!"

"I went here yesterday for a massage. The receptionist (the one with the glasses) took it upon herself to give me the massage. She assured me that she's an RMT. I had the most atrocious massage ever. I had to pause midway and ask if she's actually a masseuse. She said she's not and does acupuncture. I'm all sore and in pain now from the massage. Never again visiting here and you'd be better advised to stay away from here as well."
