"What a beautiful hidden gem in Hintonburg! I visited yesterday and had an absolutely fabulous, relaxing experience. The staff are kind, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. The intimate space and limited number of members create a nice atmosphere, which I really appreciated. I booked the 2.5 hour circuit and enjoyed every minute of it. The facilities were spotless and well maintained, and I especially appreciated seeing a staff member regularly tidying and folding in the relaxation area. It added to the sense of care and tranquility. The selection of books and magazines felt thoughtfully curated, adding an extra touch of inspiration to the experience. The only drawback I seemed to notice was that members arriving for massage and facial services had to pass through the relaxation area. At times, their conversations were noticeably louder than the otherwise peaceful ambiance, which was slightly disruptive. Overall, this spa is a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to return!"

"I have been going to Christal for massages this past year, and I have to say that she is truly one of the nicest, professional and knowledgeable RMTs I have gone to. I have severe nerve pain resulting from a sports injury, and Christal was able to relieve my pain by pinpointing the areas spot on. She is clearly a very experienced RMT in all aspects of injuries, pain, and uses massage therapy to heal the patient. I have never felt relief as I did when I see Christal. Another major reason why I will continue seeing Christal is because she is so empathetic - she goes over the time limit (when she can) because she sees how much pain I am in. "I first went when they had just moved to their new location on outer Princess Street. At that time I found the location was less than relaxing only because the treatment room walls did not go all the way to the ceiling. Anything that was happening elsewhere in the spa was easily heard. I was there to have a facial massage and throughout I ended up listen to the conversations of some lovely ladies who were having pedicures, so I felt it wasn’t all that it could be in spite of the service being great. Last week I went back for a lymphatic facial massage and head massage, and found to my delight that they have now extended the walls to the ceiling. Shaylyn gave a great service and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I recommend this spa!"

"My appointment was for 1 pm today, no one was at the front when I arrived so the sign said ring bell, I didn’t that no one showed up so I rang the bell the second time, a lady looked out the room she was in and I said I have an appointment at 1pm. She said ok I figured she was running late so I sat there for a half an hour and no one showed up so I left. When I arrived home I called them and let them know why I. left. 2 people came in after me and they went in right away. However they did call me to apologize and told me to come back and what I booked for will be free. I said NO"

"Nantana is amazing at what she does! I tried the oil massage and the Thai massage and both session were great! She goes deep on the muscles that need work, but is also gentle and kind. The Thai massage made me realize how tight my movements were, it brought my attention to work on my mobility. It felt like I was floating after my sessions! I will definitely go back! "The receptionist was welcoming and friendly upon entering. Instantly offered me the colours available to look through. Informed me of the wait time and walked me to the waiting area. Lisa then approached me and welcomed me and said she will be working on my nails today. Lisa was very friendly and made light conversation throughout the service. Lisa took her time in asking and making sure I was happy with the service she was providing and was very forthcoming about pricing, etc. Did not attempt to take advantage or push more services. When she finished, she gave me her card if I'd like to book with her in the future. Very happy with the service & employers!"
