"Customer service is not great, communication is poor, no permanent receptionist and whoever I talked to and greeted me was not able to meet my inquiry needs, I asked what type ofreflexology that they offer, very unclear answer, person said “one moment”, person said that I need to book an apppointnent, she gave me the business card and whoever answers my call will be able to answer my questions, it was mentioned to me that I call the number on the business card and need to book an appointment. Good luck on getting an answer if you drop by, There’s only 2 ladies working that I saw here,"

"MOST MUNDANE Relaxation massage experience my wife and I had. This Spa being associated with Harrison Hot Springs Resort definitely doesn’t live up to the expectation a bit nor does anything for its reputation. Massage therapists were just doing their job-with no engaging or developing a rapport with customers. My wife’s Therapist was coughing, my therapist seem to be in rush even though we were in time, they started our sessions 10 minutes late but finished a minute before. Shared this with the receptionist who showed barely any concern and again was mechanical offering discount for next time. We were not looking for discount as why would we go back if had such a sub standard experience…"

This resulted in him working on all problem areas but in particular my more needed ones. The end result was pretty wonderful . "Charles is great. He is my go-to because of his attentiveness, time allocation and range of techniques. I particularly like that depending on your goal, he allocate the time well for relevant areas. Every session, He always briefly examines your overall body and take just right enough time to warm up/ relax the muscles. When some areas are tight, he does right number of reps to achieve the overall goal instead of overcompensating the entire session. He performs variety of techniques to target the small area differently while having a full control of the right amount of pressure. I can’t recommend him enough!"

"We went there for men's fade cut. There were 2 other people ahead of us, and we had to wait about 20 minutes. The barber himself was amazing. I showed him a sample picture of what I wanted. He was very professional and patient. He made sure I was satisfied with the cut and made changes as I directed. The best part was that he was cleaning the equipment and table as he was cutting my hair, making sure everything was super clean. The pricing was very reasonable given his skills and services. Would definitely recommend him. His shop was clean and smelled amazing. Shop has wifi and washroom for customers."

"My friend and I went for a spa package and were disappointed in the quality, especially given the price was comparable to other spas. Definitely not the relaxing spa experience we were looking for. The staff kept leaving the room during our massage and facials and left the door open right into the lobby so we could hear loud conversations with other staff. One staff went back and forth between us during the facials. The worst part was the manicure, in which a chemical (?) Was placed on our cuticles. We both asked to have it washed off as it was burning. Shortly after we noticed our nails started turning yellow (mine still are around the edges). I have chemical burns on my fingers and nail beds that are still painful and blistering. My hands are definitely in worse shape than before this manicure. Do not waste your time or money!"

"It was ok. Couple’s package Facial used Lovely product line. My skin feels nice. But, Tiny room, awkward for couples massage… smelled like a bleach swimming pool… could hear kids screaming. Apparently my massage therapist was having a bad day… not one smile or eye contact in a three hour service… Really expensive for what we got… warm flat nonalcoholic corona at 10 am??? That was what was offered for beverages during the pedicure?? Really… its a hotel…with a restaurant and bar! literally any drink available and we got warm flat non alcoholic corona… Wont book again. If he knew better and had ever been before hed be really mad at whet this cost for what we got. Next time ill call Evelin Charles… sorry."

Lots of muscle tension and injuries in my line of work, and Brandon knows how to find and work out those knots effectively. "Nice new facilities with big, clean rooms. The towel heater is a nice touch. Big tables are nice but it is impossible to get comfortable with your face in a hole in the table! Face cradles are much better. And Monica had such long, sharp fingernails! No massage therapist should have long nails! Not an enjoyable experience overall."

"I have nothing but positive things to say about Maggie at Happy Kiddos Massage. She provides treatment for our entire family including our 3 and 5 year old boys (who she has been treating since they were under 1) who always cannot wait until their next massage. Now Marathon Training, Maggie is the only thing that gets me back together and ready to pound the pavement again. After completing the Marathon, Maggie was able to get me back running again less than 48 hours later and I feel great!
