"I have done several laser hair removal sessions so far at Synergy Day Spa. Every time I go there I am treated with the best care and respect throughout the visit. The treatments are fast and very effective. After my first few visits I had already noticed a drastic change in my hair growth. I highly suggest this place for your laser hair removal."

"Loads of options for nail colours however the tech that did my nails was not very welcoming. I wasn’t asked if I wanted the nails trimmed or what shape I prefer and they charge $3 to take shellac off when you’re putting it back on doesn’t make sense. First time I’ve had to pay for it at a nail salon. She used an electric tool to shave the nail down a bit before putting on the tin foil and did not place a towel on my leg so all the dust from that was on my clothes. I have ingrown nails and it is very painful so anytime I would flinch as she was digging into me she would just stare at me so annoyed and not empathetic at all. It definitely took a while and she got them out but not a good experience with her. The nail job was not good at all I tried pointing it out but she wasn’t receptive I showed her my nail having something underneath the polish and she said she didn’t see it. Overall not happy with the service after paying $68."

I have been here only twice now but I would highly recommend it. I must say that both my experiences were amazing! My facial treatments were completed by Jodie. She was very approachable and has a great personality! I felt very comfortable and confident working with her. You truly do have a gem on your team! I just so happened to run into Vanessa and she embraced me with open arms and booked my first session. This was the best decision I've made when it comes to my transition.
