"I was genuinely looking forward to getting a massage here. I had read great reviews and was impressed by the website, so I booked an appointment and paid a deposit. Unfortunately, about half an hour before my scheduled time, I received a call from the receptionist saying it needed to be rescheduled due to the therapist being sick. When the rescheduled date came around, it was canceled again—this time due to an issue with the building’s insurance. Since then, I’ve sent emails and texts but haven’t received any response. It’s disappointing, especially because I was excited to support a small business, but now I feel like I’ve been completely ghosted."
