"I have seen Chris twice earlier this year and thought the therapy I received was good, so I made another appointment from the website. Unfortunately, I experienced some of the most unprofessional behaviour in the process. I made an appointment from his website for 2:45PM and got an email confirmation, expecting there to be no problems. When I got to the clinic at 2:40, the door was not even opened and it wasn't until 5 minutes later that the office administrator/receptionist opened the door and said Chris was on a break. She let me inside the clinic and I waited, I didn't get any further communication from her or Chris about the situation. I thought he was maybe running late, so I waited. When Chris finally arrived to the clinic around 55 minutes later, he looked shocked that a client was waiting so I felt like I was not supposed to be there at all despite me receiving the email confirmation for the appointment with the date and time. He urged me that he has an appointment at 4PM. He brought me his computer and showed it to me, and my appointment was not on there. However, he said "I'll refresh the schedule now, and if your appointment is on there I'll be so embarrassed." He refreshed his computer and my appointment indeed showed up on the schedule He simply said sorry and urged again that he had an appointment at 4PM and asked me what I want to do and again if I wanted to reschedule. I was quite speechless so I simply said okay and left, however this was one of the most unprofessional situations I have encountered from a therapist so I would like to share the experience here as the way the situation was handled by the therapist was far from professional, and not acceptable."

"Mavice has a solid 5 star rating for a reason! Her knowledge and expertise are top notch - we’ve all had massages where the provider seems to just miss “the spot” over and over. Not here! Mavice found several spots I didn’t even know were there - truly magical hands. She and her husband Alan are also the most delightful people, I loved chatting with them before and after my treatment. They also donate some of their gratuities to a local kitten rescue, which is so close to my heart. Highly recommend!!!"
