They have been there for me when I have needed them, for stress relief massages due to the job I had and for facial massages to complement those other messages. I have nothing but good feelings when I leave there and always look forward to my next appt. There is nothing like a great massage. Dorri is a wonderful person and always has total interest in her clients and Maryam is so professional and caring as well. They are always happy to see and serve you. "I have just started my journey with James at Kata Wellness I started initially with shockwave for my liver to cleanse- after discussing my journey with James, we began therapy for my osteoarthritis & various other ailments After only 2 treatments, I feel better than I have in 3 years, I’ve reduced my pain medications immensely James asked me if I could pick one thing that I wanted to do again- I want to be able to ride again- I miss it so much. "The receptionist did charged me and my wife extra for our one hour massage. she said that the extra charge is my tip. No problem with that as I always tip whoever is my therapist. But doing it without asking me first is I think inappropriate. I also saw a claim that they submitted to my insurance despite paying them cash for our massages. Will not comeback to this place anymore."
