"Poornima was wonderful from start to finish. She explained the steps, asked if I had any focus areas, and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. It was lovely to chat with her during my massage, and Poornima’s full body massage targeted areas I’ve never had massaged before from other RMT’s. What I like about Poornima’s massage and services is that she offers things such as head and foot massages (which by the way, the head massage is just what I needed). The environment was immaculate and relaxing. I would definitely recommend her, especially as an affordable option if you aren’t covered by insurance. I hope to be back again soon!"

Camille is always smiling & friendly. She asks questions about how I am; what I want done; she listens to me and any concerns I may have and offers suggestions. "My daughter's came in May 27th. My oldest sat in a chair for a total of 2hrs. All that was to be done was French tips hot pink. I don't know much about this stuff but shaping and tips don't take 2hrs. When she was getting her nails done apparently white is the new hot pink. I get French tips are generally white but when the CUSTOMER request a particular colour they should get what they ask and not be ridiculed for it over the length of her nails or shape and make the customer regardless of age make feel like she did something wrong. The "manager" proceeded to use an unacceptable tone at my daughter claiming she did not ask for hot pink when even my youngest who got hot pink told the woman as well. Terrible service and I apologize to customers in there but this is not a place she will be returning too."

"I had a great experience with Melissa. She provided face reflexology and a facial, and it was super relaxing. It was my first time for both, and I did not have a reaction to any of the products used. Usually when I introduce new products to my face, I break out. Melissa has created a warm and welcoming space, and I will hundred percent go back. I will also note that Melissa herself seems to be a genuinely warm and fun person, which made the experience even better."

"My daughter and I had facials with Grace and Kavita. They set us up in a room together which was very nice. We were both happy with the quality of the service, kindness of the staff, and how our skin felt afterwards. They use excellent products and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The only downside is that it's quite expensive so not something I could afford to do more often even though I would love to."

"Hello, I had a message with Sweta N on Sunday May 11th (Mother's Day). I was quite disappointed with the service that I received. Not only did I verbally express the areas of concern, but I also circled the parts of the body on the paper that was provided during the registration. I verbally expressed that my waist was the main area where I experience pain due to long hours of driving to and from work and also side effects from an epidural. That part of my body was given VERY little attention. I had to request for more focus on that area. Even after the request, there was still very little attention given. The middle of my back was her main focus and I do not know why. The next disappointing thing is that I was left VERY oily. From my experience at the other Massage Addict location (Bramalea), warm towels are used throughout the session especially to wipe off the excess oil. The rest of my day was super uncomfortable as I felt oily throughout my Mother's Day dinner and shopping. I had to use tissue paper from my car to wipe myself off the best I could. My feet was another requested area for a massage. The most uncomfortable plastic gloves were used to massage my feet while I laid on my stomach (A VERY uncomfortable position to get my feet massaged). All I was able to hear was the crunching sound of plastic and very little was felt as the gloves were a rough touch to the skin. I am not insinuating that she should not have used gloves as this was probably and rightfully a personal decision but even the position I was in, it was difficult to feel the impact of the massage. I wish I never requested for my feet to be focused on as it was approximately 10 mins wasted out of my hour. Not to mention all the oil left in between my toes. It was a horrible after feeling in my shoes. Thank goodness my insurance company paid for this session in full as I would have been upset if I had to pay out of pocket. By no means is this a review to insult Sweta but rather give feedback for future therapy sessions. I do not feel like I got the best of her practice. If felt very carefee and rushed. Here is the kicker. The store reached out to me for feedback vía text. I rated my experience a 1 being the lowest and they asked if there was a reason for that rating. Keeping in mind, I emaild them expressing my concerns. Vía text I told them to referre to my email for more details. I received NO response back in return. Might I add that the front desk receptionist was not that friendly and had a NASTY facial expression. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR!!! I will not be returning to Massage Addict. After telling others about my experience, I found a few people who also stopped going there because of a bad experience. I was able to find another massage therapy location with exceptional service. Cheaper and also does direct billing so that you do not have to deal with the hassel of submitting paper work to your insurance company. As a company specifically this location, you guys need to do better."
